By entering the competition to ‘WIN A GETAWAY FOR CRAFTED BEER FESTIVAL’, you accept the terms and conditions of the competition as follows:

All entrants to the competition agree to be subscribed to the Crafted Festival newsletter mailing list. Your details will be used for Crafted Festival marketing purposes only and will not be passed onto or sold to a 3rd party. We don’t like spam and will only send exciting festival news. If you’re not loving hearing from us, you can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link on an email from Crafted Festival.

There will be 1 winner selected for each festival location (2 winners in total), with the prize containing:

  • 2 x tickets to Crafted Beer Festival - Gold Coast Sat 13th September 2025; or Newcastle Sat 22nd November 2025

  • A 1-night stay in a 1 Bedroom Ocean View Apartment at Peppers Broadbeach for 2 people; or a 1-night stay in a 1 Bedroom Standard King Apartment at Novotel Newcastle for 2 people

  • 2 x Crafted Festival party shirts

  • 2 x Crafted Festival stubby coolers

  • 2 x Crafted Festival wooden beer tasting paddles (not including beer)

  • Total prize value

    • Gold Coast = $1,090 AUD

    • Newcastle = $790 AUD

The winner must be 18+.

The competition is open to residents of Australia.

The entry mechanics of the competition is entry via form on craftedfestival.com.au. A single entry will be accepted per person. Any additional entries for the same person will be void. The entry will be applied to the location selected on the entry form.

Tickets, merch and accommodation are non-refundable, non-transferrable or redeemable for cash.

The winner must show photo ID for tickets and merch pick up at the festival box office on the day of the event.

Accommodation booking is for Gold Coast Saturday 13th September 2025, or Newcastle Saturday 22 November 2025. Standard check-in requirements of photo ID and security deposit are required upon check-in, with the winner’s details passed onto the relevant accommodation provider for the purpose of the accommodation booking.

Any other costs associated in attending the event are not covered as part of the prize. This includes transportation to and from the festival, including flights or transfers, as well as food or beverage at the festival.

If in the unfortunate circumstance that Crafted Beer Festival is rescheduled, tickets and merch pack will be transferred for collection to the new event date. Accommodation may be transferrable to a new date, dependent on room availability. If the event is cancelled, the prize will be forfeited.

Tickets are not for resale or used for commercial or promotional purposes outside of this promotion.

The Gold Coast competition is open from 12:00am Wednesday 6th August until 11:59pm AEST on Wednesday 3 September 2025. The winner will be selected at random and will be notified via email by Friday 5th September 2025.

The Newcastle competition is open from 12:00am Wednesday 6th August until 11:59pm AEST on Wednesday 12 November 2025. The winner will be selected at random and will be notified via email by Friday 15th November 2025.

The promoter is Woodlands Events Pty Ltd, trading as Crafted Festival.

The promoter reserves the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions or cancel the competition at any time prior to the competition closing without further recourse to the entrants.

The winner agrees to the festival conditions of entry. The promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or for any personal injury sustained in connection with the entry into the competition or acceptance of this prize.
